There are many possiblities. But first, Powdery Mildew.
Powdery mildew is a big problem that can easily over take a greenhouse. Powdery mildew is also a fungus that is white in color and seems to cover over the leaves of your plants. If you were to spread baby powder over your plants in a very light coating, that is similar to what the powdery mildew will look like except that the powdery mildew can grow on the top or on the bottom of your leaves.
White spores of mildew cover leaves and plants making them hard to sell or use in your gardens. To treat the plants that are infected, you are going to have to remove the leaves that are infected. Sometimes it is necessary to give a plant a good trim to get all of the powdery mildew removed from a plant. Increase the airflow in the greenhouse and let more sunlight in to dry out the greenhouse for the best possible results. E-mail this page Printer-friendly page
