Discovering Greenhouses When I first bought my home, I was overjoyed. I finally had room in my yard to create any garden- any shape or size that I wanted! Posted Wednesday, April 5, 2006 E-mail this page Printer-friendly page I started buying the border materials and the giant rocks I wanted and then I started to buy all the plants. Wow, I didn't realize that I was going to spend that much on plants. I wanted and needed so many that I had to consider buying annuals instead of perennials for many of my flowerbeds. I realized I would be wasting money in no time re-buying flowers. So I started looking into investing in a greenhouse. I was surprised at my options, and not only that but over just five years, I would have used my investment in the amount of plants that I was considering growing.
I know not all of you need as many plants as I do, but when you consider spending just $100 a year on plants for your flower beds, for gifts, for around your home and just to enjoy, you will realize your investment in a greenhouse is well worth it over just a few short years. If you like to change out your plants in many of your garden beds every year, you can be spending more money that you thought you do in just one years time, you should consider buying a greenhouse to cut your expenses in the long run. Not only are you cutting expenses in the types and kinds of flowers you can have in your garden, but you can use the seeds from what you have, and make so many more which cuts your gardening costs even more!
As you discover the great plants and flowers that you can grow, start and that will thrive in your hobby greenhouse, every penny of your investment will become worth it. When the days turn into weeks, and the weeks turn into months, your labor and your love of gardening will produce the most extravagant feelings within you. You will find that you will brag to everyone you know about what you have accomplished and what you have grown in your greenhouse. E-mail this page Printer-friendly page
